The recalled adaptor, also commonly referred to as a charger, was included with the Polaroid PMID709 seven inch Internet tablet (also known as the PMID709KB). The adaptor has two prongs for plugging into an outlet on one end and a wire leading to a single plug for the tablet. Official remedy
Customers should immediately stop using the adaptor and contact Southern Telecom for a replacement adaptor at no cost. Customers will receive an envelope for returning the recalled product with their replacement adaptor.
