Send the right question to the right source.

Home Recall Watch can address how an agency record is displayed here. The responsible agency and recalling firm answer authoritative questions about the official notice or remedy.

Your message goes privately to the site operator. How we handle it.

How corrections are handled

Reports are checked against the linked official record. Display or classification errors are corrected in the site's processing rules; a change to an official notice must come from the responsible agency or recalling firm. Corrections appear when the updated site is published. There is no guaranteed response time.

Ask about a recall or remedy

Use the company contact listed in the official recall notice or contact the responsible agency directly. Home Recall Watch cannot determine whether your unit is included, approve a repair, or change a remedy.

Report an unsafe consumer product

For consumer products regulated by CPSC, SaferProducts.gov provides the official incident-reporting route. For food, medicines, vehicles or other products, use the responsible agency. Sending a site correction does not submit a safety report.
