CPSC, Dell Inc. Announce Recall of AC Adapters for Notebook Computers

CPSC published a recall notice for AC adapters used with notebook personal computers from Delta Electronics on October 8, 2004. CPSC identifies this hazard: The adapters can overheat, posing a risk of fire and electrical shock hazards to consumers.
