Swarovski Recalls Pendant Light Fixtures Due to Impact Hazard

CPSC published a recall notice for Octa Crystal Pendant light fixtures from Swarovski Lighting on August 31, 2016. CPSC identifies this hazard: The crystal in the light fixture can detach and fall if damaged during shipment, posing an impact hazard.
