John Deere Recalls Lawn Tractors Due to Laceration Hazard

CPSC published a recall notice for Lawn Tractors from Deere & Company of Moline, Ill. on September 14, 2011. CPSC identifies this hazard: Hardware used to hold the mower blade brake assemblies on the mower decks can break.
