The e-bike carrier latch mechanism may experience excessive wear, disengaging while in transit.

Official action
Owners are advised to stop using the e-bike carriers. Couture Co will reimburse owners for cost of the carrier, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 7, 2026. Owners may contact Couture Co customer service at 1-888-886-2898.
