Why this notice was issued

A child seat that does not maintain proper recline position may not adequately secure a child in a crash, increasing the risk of injury. Additionally, should another passenger put their hand in the recline mechanism when it shifts out of position, their risk of injury is increased.

Official action

Evenflo will replace the child seat, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning February 18, 2026. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.

Follow the specific instructions and use the contact details in the announcement if you need help confirming a match or arranging the remedy.
