CPSC published a recall notice for Ryobi P113 Dual Chemistry Battery Chargers from Techtronic Industries (Dongguan) Co. Ltd. on November 5, 2013. CPSC identifies this hazard: The chargers can malfunction, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.
