KombiSystem Multi-Task Tool
CPSC published a recall notice for KombiSystem Multi-Task Tool from Stihl Inc. on February 11, 2005. CPSC identifies this hazard: An internal clip may become dislodged and, as a result, the clutch shoes could be projected from the clutch housing and strike consumers, posing the risk of injury. The official remedy states: Consumers should stop using this multi-task tool immediately and return it to an authorized Stihl dealer for a free repair.
