The seat height for these models is about 27 inches. KLX110L models have a manual clutch, a shift pedal and a clutch lever on the handlebars. The seat height for these models is about 29 inches. Why it was recalled

The camshaft sprocket bolts can loosen and come off causing the engine to lock and stop the vehicle, posing a crash hazard.

Official remedy

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled off-road motorcycles and contact a Kawasaki dealer to schedule a free repair. The repair will consist of replacing the camshaft bolts and the camshaft sprocket cover o-ring.

Why it was recalled

On some units, the rear shock absorber may have been assembled with an incorrect o-ring, allowing fluid to leak from the shock. Fluid loss from the shock can compromise the shock's damping characteristics, which can render the motorcycle unstable, creating a potential for an injury or death.

Official remedy

Consumers should stop using the motorcycles immediately and contact their Kawasaki dealer to schedule an appointment for a free replacement of the rear shock.
