CPSC published a recall notice for Dual Unit Valve from ITT-Bell & Gossett Division on April 27, 2005. CPSC identifies this hazard: Burn injury from a hot water leak. The official remedy states: Stop sales of affected valves and make arrangements for return to the factory through the authorized B&G representative in your area. The local B&G representative can be identified via the "Rep Locator" selection tool on the following website: www.bellgossett.com All returned products will be replaced in a timely manner. All affected units in distribution have been recovered.
